"Koka Nami” LTD is a manufacturer and builder of log houses from machine turned log and timber framed houses.

Log houses from machine turned logs is the cheapest way to build a modern log house, while at the same time this technology includes all the positive characteristics of the meaning "An ecological log house”.

We offer to construct a log house according to our architectural plans and technical drawings or alternativley the customer’s technical drawings. Possible diameters of the logs are 16, 18, 20 and 22 cm.

We employ “Swedish coping” joint systems and technologies and corner notch joint technologies in the corner joints. Using these systems and technologies ensures that moisture and water cannot stay in the corner joints. Special metal screws are used to ensure the stability of the log wall.

A roof covering can be any roof material, but the most efficient for log due to their weight on the house are tiles.

There are three main species of coniferous tree that we use for logs in the construction, but saunas are worked out with aspen or black alder.
